Slow simple stretching and relaxing movements of our body characterise Tai Ji from the Yeo's Fraternity. There are altogether 108 movements.
The Yeo's Fraternity Tai-Chi movement emphasises on stability and stretching movements. It involves the training of the mind and body co-ordination. This form of exercise is suitable for people of all ages. It will definitely improve our health, slow down the aging process and allow us to enjoy a healthier life.
