On the 12th day of the 2nd lunar month (2nd of April 2023, Sunday), Sagaramudra Buddhist Society will conduct the Qing Ming Prayer Ceremony – Amitabha Triple Contemplation Service (consist of 3 Sessions) for the transference of merits to the departed so that they would be reborn in Pure Land.
This prayer ceremony is also done to encourage people to practice filial piety because participation in it allows people to remember and honor their departed relatives and love ones, and to repay the kindness of their forefathers. By helping the deceased, one also gains merit (good karma) and generates virtues.
Qing Ming Prayer Ceremony is open to public, we welcome all to join the Ceremony.
