Venerable Shi Fa Liang received his ordination in Thailand in 1992. Two years later, he went to the Chi Shan Buddhist Institute in Taichung for further studies.

Upon his return to Singapore, he devoted his time and efforts in the advancement of Buddhist education and the expansion of the Sagaramudra Buddhist Society. Later, he obtained his Master’s Degree in Philosophy from the University of Nanjing, China.

Ven. Faliang is currently the Advisor of the Society. He assumed various management roles and became the President of the Sagaramudra Buddhist Society Executive Committee from 2004 to 2012.

He emphasises on Buddhist education and practice. Apart from being a senior lecturer for the Mandarin Discussion Dharma course and Progressive Dharma course, he is also the author of the Society’s many Buddhist dharma publications and the chief writer of <Present Journal>.

Since 2020, he has been actively conducting Buddhist education through videos posted on social media platforms YouTube, establishing a “borderless dharma-land” and providing more people access to the wisdom of Buddhism.

1992年于泰国出家。2年后前往台中慈善佛学院进修。

回国后，即投入佛教教育和学佛会的建设工作。后考获南京大学哲学系硕士学位。

法梁法师目前是海印学佛会的顾问。他曾担任了多个管理职务，自2004年起，法师担任海印学佛会理事会的会长直至2012年5月卸任。

法师着重佛法教育与实践。他除了是学会华语进阶学佛课程和成长学佛课程的资深讲师、学会许多佛法著作的作者，也是海印刊物《目前》的主编作者。

自2020年起，他通过在社交媒体YouTube发布的视频积极开展佛法教育工作，开辟了无国界的云端道场，让更多人获得佛法的智慧。

After graduated from the Taiwan Fu Yan Buddhist Institute, she subsequently obtained a Master Degree in Literature from the University of Nanjing.

Ven Shi Fa Qian is the Chairman of the Administration & Human Resource Committee and the Investment Committee. She was the President of the Executive Committee of Sagaramudra Buddhist Society from 2012 to 2024.

Besides assuming the management roles, she is a Senior Lecturer for the Mandarin Progressive Dharma Course and Mandarin Introductory Meditation Course. She is also the Editor and Writer for the Society’s publication <Present Journal>.
