太极班(华语)

Tai Chi Class (Mandarin)

杨式太极是太极拳流派之一,其动作姿势舒展简洁,动作松柔,缓慢匀速,共一百零八式。

杨式太极拳的练法总结为十要,即:
虚灵顶劲、含胸拔背、松腰、分虚实、沉肩坠肘、用意不用力、上下相随、内外相合、相连不断和动中求静。

杨式太极拳:架式平稳,舒展大方。它主要是练脑、练气、练身、适合青少年,尤其中老年朋友作为健身强体的运动。练好太极拳能增强体质,防止心脑血管老化,让我们生活得更健康

Slow simple stretching and relaxing movements of our body characterise Tai Ji from the Yeo’s Fraternity. There are altogether 108 movements. The Yeo’s Fraternity Tai-Chi movement emphasises on stability and stretching movements. It involves the training of the mind and body co-ordination. This form of exercise is suitable for people of all ages. It will definitely improve our health, slow down the aging process and allow us to enjoy a healthier life.
